There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday to avoid being charged a fee. If notice has not been received, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged to you. This fee can not be submitted to your insurance company.
